Everything reaches the same inbox, and a person reads all of it: support with an app, a question about an order, a refund, a press or partnership enquiry, a privacy request, or a legal notice.
We answer within one business day, and usually much sooner. If you are writing about an order, send it from the address you bought with and we will find it straight away.
Write to us and we will help, or put you in touch with the developer who built it if the answer needs to come from them. If you would rather go to them directly, every app page on MakersDrop lists its developer, and every developer page carries their own links.
Within 14 days of buying, a refund is a single email away and needs no explanation — the Refund Policy has the details.
